A Spectank® is a food grade stainless steel soak tank which safely and efficiently removes baked-on fats and oils, commonly known as ”Black Carbon”, from kitchen and baking equipment.

How does a Spectank® work?
A Spectank® is filled with water and CARBSOLVE® (a user-friendly, food-grade cleaning powder).
The solution is heated to 80°C, ensuring that harmful bacteria will be killed.
Soiled items are soaked in this solution for a period of 1 to 24 hours depending on the severity of the “Black Carbon” build up.
These cleaned and sanitised items are removed, rinsed off with fresh water and are then ready for use.
The solution remains active for a month.

REoven is a user-friendly oven cleaner designed to remove grease and ”black carbon” from kitchen equipment.
REoven is non-toxic, it does not burn skin and it does not emit harsh fumes.
It can be used on a wide range of surfaces such as ovens, over doors, stove tops, griddles, rotisseries, toasters, canopies, stainless steel bench tops and splash backs.
Does Spectank® have a green range of cleaning products?
